We believe our team knows their health needs best and have found traditional employer-provided to be ill-suited for our fully remote team. To maximize employee choice and flexibility, we offer each employee reimbursement for a premium healthcare plan of their choosing.

We want to empower our team to plan for a robust and enjoyable retirement. As a result, each full-time employee of the firm has access and may contribute to our traditional 401(k) plan.

Work/Life
Balance

We trust our employees and seek to minimize micromanagement. We generally work business hours with flexible scheduling, no geographical requirements and offer reasonably unlimited PTO (with annual minimum days off). We want our team to enjoy their lives outside of work and seek to ensure that employees can fully disconnect from the office as desired and needed.
