We guarantee half-day turns for any NDA we receive. That means a document we receive in the morning will be reviewed, marked up, and returned to the counterparty that same afternoon. For particularly sensitive opportunities, a document can be returned in as little as two hours.

A client simply forwards us the relevant agreement and counterparty contact. We review and negotiate on the client’s behalf, and send an e-signature link when ready for execution, often within 48 hours.
Our process management tools enable us to know and share, in real-time, the counterparty, status and substantive legal points of each negotiation. We use this info to minimize the time documents spend in our court and give clients unprecedented visibility into the nuances of their deal flow.
